We know we’re not supposed to play “favorites”, but let’s be honest… this is our favorite.
It features ample space with a private bathroom of it’s own. While many of the other rooms in the home have communal shared spaces, this room is in a secluded corner on the ground floor, with it’s own exclusive living room, lounge area, and kitchenette.
If you’re feeling social, access to the shared kitchen, living room and shared areas is also available.

Room #8 | The Penthouse
Multiple stairs required…but the climb is worth it! This space is unique but long term and light travelers love it. This is one of the two private suites available in The Rainmaker House and was recently renovated to add it’s own private bathroom & kitchenette.
This uniquely shaped room has a comfy lounge area, a full bath and a Queen size bed underneath the arched architecture of the roofline. The skylight in the lounge area brings in ample amounts of life-giving natural light throughout the day, and the built in couch is great for cozying up for a midnight movie.
Newly renovated bathroom features a full sized shower and a bath and vanity.
Penthouse guests also have access to the communal areas of the home. A coffee lounge room on the middle level with washer/dryer. On the first floor a communal kitchen, living room, dining room & shaded patio.
